REDC Privacy and Cookies Policy

 

REDC receives, collects, and stores any information you enter on our website or provide us in any other way. We may use software tools to measure and collect session information via cookies, including page response times, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information, and other non-personally-identifying information that can better inform REDC on how visitors use its website. REDC uses cookies to help us identify and track visitors, their usage of REDC’s website, and their website access preferences. Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to present our mission and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall. 

 

REDC discloses potentially personally-identifying and personally-identifying information only to those of its employees, contractors, and affiliated organizations that need to know that information in order to provide REDC services, that have agreed not to disclose it to others. REDC will not rent or sell potentially personally-identifying and personally-identifying information to anyone. Other than to its employees, contractors and affiliated organizations, as described above, REDC discloses potentially personally-identifying and personally-identifying information only in response to a subpoena, court order or other governmental request, or when REDC believes in good faith that disclosure is reasonably necessary to protect the property or rights of REDC, third parties, or the public at large. REDC takes all measures reasonably necessary to protect against the unauthorized access, use, alteration, or destruction of potentially personally-identifying and personally-identifying information.

Photography and Videography Disclaimer

REDC reserves the right to use any photograph/video taken of individuals at the REDC Training Center, REDC events, and offsite REDC client meetings, without the expressed written permission of those included within the photograph/video. REDC may use these images in publications or other media materials produced, used or contracted by the REDC, including, but not limited to, brochures, magazines, newspapers, television, advertisements, social media, and websites. To help ensure the privacy of individuals appearing in the images used, names or personal identifying information will not be used unless written approval is obtained from the subject.

Anyone who does not wish to have their image taken and used for distribution are required to make their wishes known to REDC in writing in advance of the event or meeting.

 

By participating in or attending a REDC event or meeting and not providing the REDC with advance written notice to refrain from taking and using images of you, you are hereby agreeing to release, defend, hold harmless, and indemnify the REDC from any and all claims involving the taking and use of said images.
