infrastructure projects through the Comprehensive Economic Development Strategy (CEDS).
Business Counseling: REDC works in conjunction with the Small Business Development Center and SCORE to provide businesses with individual counseling and technical assistance with business plans.
Pre-loan packaging: REDC assists in getting loan packages in the best possible shape before submitting them to commercial lenders for review.

Production of the Comprehensive Economic Development Strategy: (CEDS) for the region. The CEDS is a master plan of regional economic development and infrastructure projects. Review for inclusion on the CEDS Priority Project list can help bring EDA grant investment as well as lend strength to other grant applications.
Review projects for potential EDA investment: REDC reviews projects to determine their eligibility for EDA investment which may bring funding grant directly into towns to offset infrastructure costs.
Seminars and Presentations: REDC partners with other organizations such as Rockingham Planning Commission, The Workforce Housing Coalition, the Community Development Finance Authority and the Department of Resources and Economic Development to bring valuable training to businesses and municipalities.
